Our team brings together deep expertise in Montessori philosophy, child development, and operations, united by a shared commitment to the educators, families, and communities we serve.
Every course, workshop, and partnership at MINEO reflects the care and dedication of the people who make it possible β grounded in observation, respect, and a belief in the possibility and potential of every learner, of every age and every ability.
.02 MEET THE FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dr. Paige Krabill
Dr. Paige Krabill is the Founder and Executive Director of the Montessori Institute of Northeast Ohio. She founded MINEO because she believes educators in this region deserve access to world-class professional development β without having to leave home to find it.
As a licensed school psychologist and AMI-trained Montessori educator, Paige brings a rare dual lens to her work: a deep understanding of child development and learning differences, paired with a lifelong commitment to the Montessori method. That combination shapes everything MINEO does, from the way courses are taught to the way inclusion and support are reimagined through frameworks like Power of Possibility and the Inclusion Innovation Workshop.
For Paige, this work has never been about labels or deficits β it's about seeing every child, and every adult, as capable of growth. Seeing Strengths, Building Possibility.
Through PDK Educational Consulting and now MINEO, Paige has spent her career expanding access to high-quality Montessori education and training the educators, assistants, and community members who make that education possible. MINEO, housed at the Stonebrook Montessori Hub in Cleveland, is the next chapter of that work β a regional home for learning, reflection, and collaboration that grows with every educator, family, and community partner who walks through its doors.

Dave Krabill, Director of Operations
Dave Krabill is the Director of Operations for the Montessori Institute of Northeast Ohio. He keeps MINEO running smoothly behind the scenes β from course logistics and scheduling to partner coordination and day-to-day operations. His work ensures that every training, workshop, and community offering comes together seamlessly, so educators and families can focus on what matters most: learning and growth.
Dave brings a steady, detail-oriented approach to building the systems and structures that allow MINEO to grow β supporting everything from onboarding new cohorts to coordinating with partner organizations across the region.
